Monique Mills is a serial entrepreneur and tech startup founder. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and an M.B.A. specializing in Management of Technology.As a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) with many years of engineering and project management experience across several industries, Monique uses a strategic approach based upon PMI Project Management principles to develop innovative ideas into early-stage startup companies which was the catalyst for the establishment of TPM Focus. As a startup founder herself, she understands the challenges of bringing a new idea to the market with limited resources. Her goal is share her knowledge from experience and minimize the frustrations early stage founders encounter when trying to get their idea off the ground.
